On Thursday April 28th, New Jersey Italian Heritage Commission Chairman Robert DiBiase was recognized as Man of the Year by the Ocean County Federation of Republican Women during their Annual Gala. This title is given to “individuals who have given a lifetime of service to improving their community and insuring the quality of life in Ocean County.”
The elegant event was held in the Clarion Hotel, which is located in Toms River. Bob is a long-time resident of Toms River and when not busy running the Commission he donates his talents to the community and his efforts were instrumental in rebuilding Ocean County following Hurricane Sandy. The Federation recognized Bob for his lifetime of service to his county, state, and country. Bob is a decorated Vietnam Veteran and retired Verizon Manager, who works even harder now for various community organizations than he did before he “entered retirement.”
